We want you to move with confidence. If your GOUNOD Patellar Knee Support Strap is not the right fit for you, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@gounod.ink or call/WhatsApp +1 (310) 626-1699 with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team typically responds within 1-2 business days and will send you return instructions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gounod.ink with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact contact@gounod.ink and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@gounod.ink.
