Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Shipping options. Free Shipping is available at checkout. Skip the Line — Priority Processing & Insured Shipping is available for an additional $5.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@diquora.com and we will help track it down.
